By joining the SantaBook waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or join the waitlist.

2. Waitlist

The SantaBook waitlist is a pre-launch signup system. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the SantaBook platform, specific pricing, or a launch date. We reserve the right to modify waitlist position, pricing, and feature availability.

3. Referral Program

The referral reward program is subject to these conditions:

• Referral rewards (discounts, free months, beta access) are granted at our discretion and may be modified before launch.
• Self-referrals, fake signups, or abuse of the referral system will result in removal from the waitlist.
• Reward tiers and benefits described on the landing page reflect current plans and may change.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Super Power Labs and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is." Super Power Labs makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
